RETURN POLICY (For orders shipped within INDIA) 

1. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at support@ethnusvilla.com mentioning your Order ID.

2. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.  

3. If the customer is unsatisfied with the product delivered then he/she can raise a return request from the Returns Center and Mail with us UNPACKING Video at support@ethnusvilla.com within 7 days from the date of receiving the parcel. After analyzing the reason/reasons for return, if satisfied, Ethnus Villa will arrange a pick-up from your place then we will issue-

  • Bank Refund- We refund the Full amount in your bank account. 

    We need following bank details - NAME, A/C No., IFSC CODE, ACCOUNT TYPE CURRENT OR SAVING, BANK NAME, BRANCH NAME to process the refund. These details need to be provided by the customer along with the mail for return request.   

4. Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received back to our warehouse in Surat.

RETURN POLICY (For International Orders - USA, UK, Canada, etc)

 

  1. Once you receive the product, if you receive a wrong item, an unboxing video is mandatory at the time of opening the package. Only then will we be able to consider your case

  2. 1. If unfortunately you wish to cancel the order, please do it before your order gets shipped.

    2. If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be shipped back within 2 days and email us the courier receipt with Order Number on support@ethnusvilla.com

    3. The customer is responsible for sending the product back to our store in Surat.

    4. The shipping charges for sending the product back has to be borne by the customer.

    5. Once we receive the products, a strict quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when you courier it back to us .

    6. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products. 5% of PayPal transaction amount will be deducted from the refund.

    7. Refund will be processed in the form of Refund or Store credit (after deducting shipping charges), Store credit can be used for future purchases on our store

    8. Once the product goes into customization process the order cannot be cancelled or Return.
     


CANCELLATION POLICY:

  1. If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, kindly do so before your order is shipped. You can contact us on +91 9104109700 or mail us on support@ethnusvilla.com for order cancellation.
  2. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.
